Craigmount is a stunning Georgian Manse, built in 1821 over 3 floors and lovingly restored over the past few years, with new bathrooms and a luxury kitchen and utility/boot room. Craigmount has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful, relaxing stay in Scotland’s National Book Town. There are 5 bedrooms (1 twin, 3 doubles and 1 family room), all with ensuite bathrooms and TVs, and a further bedroom/sitting room with a large sofa bed, 2 reception rooms, each seating 12, a cozy dining room with seating for 12 and a luxury newly fitted kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, Vitamix, Ninja Airfryer, boiling water tap and lots more, with further seating for 6 for casual breakfast times.

The 6th bathroom is downstairs and features a bath with separate toilet and hand basin.

There is parking for at least 6 cars, with EV charging available at an additional cost. The gardens have various seating and dining areas on different levels.
